There are many things that I find interesting or, rather, wonderful. Putting food aside, I believe that anime is the most wonderful thing that ever happened to me. It saved me from many things including boredom and vices. I was able to say no to all vices the world can offer because I have something to fill up my time and that is anime. In short, anime is the most wonderful thing for me.
Anime is roughly an animated series. The word anime is abbreviated pronunciation of animation. According to Wikipedia, anime are Japanese animated productions usually featuring hand-drawn or computer animation. Each author has their own way of portraying their characters. An example is that how Morikawa George draws the manga Hajime no Ippo differs from the way Tite Kubo draws the manga Bleach. Japanese animation began during the beginning of the 20th century. Anime then bloomed and became a pretty hot topic of the 21st century. Anime comes in all genres but sometimes, it is mistaken as a genre. The usual anime pattern of the 21st century is usually 12 to 26 episodes per season. Examples of 12 to 26 episode anime are Guilty Crown, Steins Gate, and Deadman Wonderland. On the contrary, other anime reach more than 100 episodes. Examples of these are Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, Hunter X Hunter, and Katekyou Hitman Reborn. There are also animated movies which are usually 2 hours long. Examples of 2-hour movies are Howl's Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Cat's Return, and Ponyo. Anime is, without a doubt, the best way to express our ideals, imaginations, and dreams because it doesn't have the limits of human bodies where we are only capable of doing specific things but always remember, do not try those at home.
Anime really come from different styles to different genres as personification of different dreams. It can also be a movie, a series having 12, 24 or more than a hundred episodes. Whatever the anime is or whatever the genre is, it only shows the greatness of the human mind or, rather, the imagination of a human.
